Taste Decoded project launched with Our Glass

I am super excited to announce @ourglass.wine’s latest project, Taste Decoded, which I have loved playing a small part in.
Who are Ourglass? 🍷
I first connected with OG during the pandemic and quickly found common ground: a belief in wines with integrity, storytelling, and substance. What stood out about the OG wine club was how they link wine to music, art, the zeitgeist. It’s fresh, relatable, not patronising. I thought – these are the kind of people I’d actually want to drink with.
What is Taste Decoded?🧑💻
Taste Decoded is a media series which brings together wine and its links to the cultural zeitgeist. By teaming up with chefs, artists, Somms, behavioural scientists and singers, this series explores wine perception, psychology and culture.
What can you expect? 🎉
Videos by moi!
I had such fun filming 7 films looking at wine steals and pairing them with unexpected food pairings.
Crunchy Cornflakes from one of the Loire’s top Chenin producers, @catherineetpierrebreton, was a eureka moment for all involved!
But we also explore great value Chablis, Tex Mex and wine, compare Godello to the Serena Williams of grapes, enjoy my FAVOURITE Rosé which comes with Gatsbyesque stories and taste an iconic wine whose bottle shape is inspired by crypts….
Besides you, what can we expect? 😏
Much bigger heavyweights and more fascinating people, ranging from #Rankin, the artist and photographer, the Somm and restaurateur @michael___sager , @timhayward the Chief food critic @financialtimes , the experimental scientist Charles Spence plus many others – all offering insightful articles and videos.
Where can we watch it: 👀
The link is in my bio but also check out www.ourglass.wine and then click on the Taste Decoded bar at the top.
Cheers Guys to experiencing wine in all kinds of fascinating and fun ways! 🍷🎉❤️🙌
